Delivery to mainland UK addresses usually takes 3 - 5 working days, but we endeavour to deliver earlier than this where possible. Off-Shore UK addresses take a little more time however.
Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world take longer depending on customs. You will be given a tracking reference when placing your order, feel free to get in contact at any point if you are having difficulties tracking your orders.
We are unable to specify to leave deliveries in a safe place as the shipment of alcohol requires a signature from the recipient.

Returns / Refunds
If you have ordered an incorrect size for an item of clothing, we are happy to offer a replacement item (if available) if we are notified within 7 days of the purchase. If no replacement is available, please see our standard returns policy below.
Standard Returns Policy
If goods are to be returned to BrewDog, they must be returned in their original packaging, within 7 days of purchase. A collection will be made and you will be refunded in full for the order, including initial order delivery costs, once the goods are received back into our warehouse.
If goods are returned after this 7 day period, a collection will be made, but the cost of doing this will be passed on to the customer. Once the goods are received back into our warehouse you will be refunded in full for the items purchased, but not for the delivery charges incurred.
If there is a problem with your order you must inform BrewDog within 7 days of receipt of the order, BrewDog accept no liability for issues with orders received and unchecked outside of this period.

BrewDog has a 60 days from purchase refund policy for all items if returned in a resalable condition. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds after this time period has elapsed, but we will do everything in our power to try to work something out.
VAT & charges for online orders
Unfortunately as these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimal where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver.
Orders (including gifts) outside of the EU may be subject to unexpected local taxes / customs charges. Customers are responsible for these costs and should ensure they are happy to pay them prior to ordering. If you later decide to reject the goods, when a customs charge is applicable, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund.
BrewDog subscribe to the 3D Secure payment protection system and as such all our transactions are monitored by your banks fraud protection team. If your payment is unable to go through our secure checkout process for any reason, we would advise you to contact you bank as soon as possible, and before trying to checkout again, as if multiple attempts are made without speaking to them, they are likely to stop future attempts to purchase the goods, but may still reserve the funds pending their review
Equity for Punks
We have revamped our Equity Punk discount process. We've left behind the discount codes, now your correct discount code will be automatically hooked up to your brewdog.com account. Your discount will be applied at check-out. Easy-peasy!
Now you can apply for your Equity Punks ID card online as well - when you are logged into your brewdog.com account simply click Apply for Equity Punks ID Card on the left hand navigation and follow the form. Please note you can only apply for your ID card when shares are allotted and you have your Shareholder ID displayed on your account.
