Here are the terms & conditions related to Equity for Punks Tomorrow Benefits!
All investors in Equity for Punks Tomorrow are eligible for our standard benefits. You can also unlock boosted benefits by investing more in our latest round.
The more you invest, the more tiers you unlock. Each tier has a selection of benefits to choose from - investors may choose one benefit per each tier they unlock. Choose your benefits on your account on BrewDog.com after you apply for shares. Once a selection is made the investor cannot change their selection.
If an investor makes multiple purchases of shares in Equity for Punks Tomorrow, their total investment in Equity for Punks Tomorrow accumulates. That means you will unlock benefits based on your TOTAL investment in this round.
Some benefits have limited availability, as displayed on our website. We reserve the right to release more availability for any benefits throughout the raise.
All benefits, unless specified, will be delivered after your shares are allotted, and after the end of the raise. If you fail to select your benefits before the raise closes, they will no longer be available. This is because we have to finalise volumes for all benefit redemptions and cannot add individual requests at a later date.
STANDARD BENEFITS
Lifetime discount in our bars, and online shop
• Discounts will be made available on your BrewDog.com account at the time of shares being purchased.
• 2-19 shares = 5%
• 20+ shares = 10%
• You can use your bar discount by showing your digital ID card.
• As per articles of the company, all discounts are subject to change.
• Equity for Punk Tomorrow shares stack with previous rounds and will account towards the higher discount level.
A free beer on your birthday every year
• You can claim one free beer per year in any BrewDog bar.
• This benefit is available at the time of shares being purchased.
• If you are claiming in a bar, you are eligible to collect your free beer on your birthday, as registered on your account on BrewDog.com, or 3 days either side
• Your birthday beer is one standard measure of any BrewDog beer
• DOB must be provided along with proof of holding to claim this benefit
AGM invite for you and a friend
• All Equity Punks will be sent an invitation to our AGM each year.
• In most instances, you will be invited to purchase 1 ticket for yourself, and +1 ticket for a friend.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable
• The Equity Punk named on the shareholding/invite must be in attendance
• All other terms & conditions are as per each individual AGM event.
• You will be able to gain access to this benefit once your shares are allotted, and the next AGM ticket announcement occurs.
• Tickets are limited to any capacity restrictions set by the venue.
Equity for Punks Tomorrow pin badge
• This benefit will be made available at some point after Equity for Punks Tomorrow opens, and you will be able to redeem this perk once your shares are allotted.
• Details on how to collect this benefit will be issued to all eligible investors after the launch of Equity for Punks Tomorrow.
• This benefit does not include shipping costs
Sustainable Supper Club Membership
• This benefit is available to all Tomorrow investors via the BrewDog App
• Your shares must have been allotted for you to redeem this benefit.
• You cannot apply or stack membership with Vegan Monday 241 offers.
• This benefit does not include drinks
• Applies to majority of BrewDog bars around the world.
• Benefit will provide Equity Punk with double discount on all vegetarian and vegan food menu items Sunday-Thursday forever.
Access to Exclusive Tomorrow Punk Merch
• Applies to Equity for Punks Tomorrow investors only
• Delivery costs not included in benefit.
• This benefit will be delivered on an ad hoc basis when Tomorrow Punk merch is made available.
• In some instances, investors in Equity for Punks Tomorrow may get exclusive first access to merch items before general release to the wider Equity Punk community, or the public.
Increased Discount on DIY Dog Supplies
• Applies to Equity for Punks Tomorrow investors only
• Delivery costs not included in benefit
• This benefit will be delivered on an ad hoc basis when DIY Dog supplies are made available in BrewDog’s online shop.
Your own tree planted in the BrewDog Forest
• Every investor will have a tree dedicated to them once planted.
• Trees will remain property of BrewDog PLC

If you buy 4 or more shares in Equity for Punks Tomorrow, you will unlock this tier of benefits. You must log in to your account on BrewDog.com to claim the benefits you want. You may claim as soon as you have purchased your shares, but they may not be redeemed until after the close of the raise. Some benefits have maximum capacity, which may or may not be restocked.
Signed copy of Craft Beer for the Geeks
• You will be issued with a code to redeem this from our UK and European online shop.
• Delivery cost is not included in the benefit
• This benefit will be made available to eligible Equity Punks at the time of book being released.
A 12-pack of Trash can Punk to gift to a friend
• You will be issued with a code to redeem this from our UK and European online shop.

A sustainably-sourced Tomorrow Punk T-shirt
• Delivery cost is not included in the benefit
• This benefit will be redeemed after the close of the raise.
• You will be required to select your size before this benefit can be redeemed. If you do not let us know your preferred size when requested, we will either send you a standard/random size, or you may forfeit the benefit.

If you buy 14 or more shares in Equity for Punks Tomorrow, you will unlock this tier of benefits. You must log in to your account on BrewDog.com to claim the benefits you want. You may claim as soon as you have purchased your shares, but they may not be redeemed until after the close of the raise. Some benefits have maximum capacity, which may or may not be restocked.
An exclusive 8 pack of sustainably brewed special edition barrel aged beer using foraged tree fruit, which you and your fellow Equity Punks will name.

• To be delivered at the end of the raise, and after allowing time for barrel-ageing.
Growler Club membership, with no deposit for the growler and one free fill of any BrewDog draft beer every month for a year
• Benefit is for growler and one fill per month for one year
• Each month, Equity Punk will be able to claim one free growler fill. If they do not claim in one calendar month, the benefit expires for that month.
• Growler can be filled with only BrewDog beer – No guest draft.
• If growler is not returned at the end of the year, once the benefit concludes, Equity Punk will be charged price of standard BrewDog Growler.
• Applies to majority of BrewDog bars around the world.

If you buy 38 or more shares in Equity for Punks Tomorrow, you will unlock this tier of benefits. You must log in to your account on BrewDog.com to claim the benefits you want. You may claim as soon as you have purchased your shares, but they may not be redeemed until after the close of the raise. Some benefits have maximum capacity, which may or may not be restocked.
3 special release OverWorks beers brewed exclusively for Equity for Punks Tomorrow, plus a Tomorrow Punk glassware set and bar blade.
• Delivery cost is not included in the benefit
• OverWorks beers will be shipped by BrewDog HQ directly to your assigned, primary postal address on account
• These benefits will be redeemed after the close of the raise.
• Glassware to be shipped separately via BrewDog online shop.
Invitation to a BrewDay at your local OutPost for you and 2 pals
• Equity Punks who are eligible for this benefit and select it in their account will be contacted after the close of the raise, and offered a selection of dates.
• We are only able to accommodate Equity Punks on the dates we offer, and no alternatives will be presented in the event that the Equity Punk cannot attend.
• If the Equity Punk confirms attendance and later cancels, we will make efforts to accommodate them on a subsequent event, if one is available, however we cannot guarantee this.
• All Equity Punks eligible for this benefit, who have selected it, will be contacted to invite them to select their preferred outpost and brewing date after the close of the raise.

If you buy 78 or more shares in Equity for Punks Tomorrow, you will unlock this tier of benefits. You must log in to your account on BrewDog.com to claim the benefits you want. You may claim as soon as you have purchased your shares, but they may not be redeemed until after the close of the raise. Some benefits have maximum capacity, which may or may not be restocked.
A special edition case of Bad Beer Vodka
• If recipient fails to update address when advised and vodka is sent to wrong/old address no replacements will be shipped.
• One case of Bad Beer Vodka will be shipped to the primary delivery address on your account on BrewDog.com
One double discount per month for bar or online shop for 1 year with free shipping when used online
• You must select bar or online for all 12 months that this perk applies. We will contact you to confirm your selection
• Once you have chosen bar or online, you will not be able to change your selection.
• Discount codes will be issued to Eligible Equity Punks on the 1st of each month.
• Each Equity Punk receiving this benefit will receive a total of 12 codes.
• Each code is valid for the month in which it was issued, only.
• These benefits will be redeemed after the close of the raise.
• International orders receive the standard UK shipping off their order but may have to pay a surplus for shipping outside the UK
One vegan meal & beer every month for 2 years at UK BrewDog bars
• You cannot apply or stack membership with Vegan Monday offers.
• Benefit includes a standard measure of BrewDog beer only.
• Benefit is for one vegetarian or vegan main meal and one side per month.
• Benefit does not include take away food or beer
• Applies to majority of BrewDog bars around the world.
• Each Equity Punk eligible will receive instructions on how to redeem when available.
• Once each month’s allowance is issued, it is valid for the month in which it was issued, only.
BrewDog Branded Yeti cooler & 12 pack of Punk to fill it
• Benefit will be shipped by BrewDog HQ directly to your assigned primary postal address on account
• If recipient fails to update address when advised and Cooler is sent to wrong/old address, no replacements will be shipped.
• When you redeem this benefit, you will be offered the chance to choose either Punk IPA or Punk AF. If you fail to make a selection, Punk IPA will be the default.
£5,030 tier (200+ shares)
If you buy 200 or more shares in Equity for Punks Tomorrow, you will unlock this tier of benefits. You must log in to your account on BrewDog.com to claim the benefits you want. You may claim as soon as you have purchased your shares, but they may not be redeemed until after the close of the raise. Some benefits have maximum capacity, which may or may not be restocked.
One free case of 24 cans of BrewDog beers, on next-day delivery to your door where available, every month for 1 year.
• Each month you will be assigned a code to use in the BrewDog online shop.
• Each code is valid for the month in which it was issued, only.
• Code eligible for 24 x 330ml cans per month and no bottles.
• Code applies to BrewDog 330ml cans range only
• This will be available after the end of the raise.
Your own cask of sustainable whisky upcycled from wasted beer. Visit it whenever you want, and when it’s ready, we will deliver a case of bottles of your sustainable, bespoke whisky.
• Benefit will be shipped by BrewDog HQ directly to your assigned primary postal address on account
• If recipient fails to update address when advised and Cooler is sent to wrong/old address, no replacements will be shipped.
• This benefit will be shipped when the whisky is ready, we will contact you when we are ready to send your bottles.
Tomorrow Punks Dog Day -You’ll spend a day nerding out with our quality team & HQ crew with a special taste panel, a session in our lab, a close look at our investment in sustainability, and dinner & a Q&A with our masters of quality.
• Equity Punks will be offered a selection of dates. We are only able to accommodate Equity Punks on the dates we offer, and no alternatives will be presented in the event that the Equity Punk cannot attend.
• Benefit does not include travel to Aberdeen/BrewDog HQ
• Benefit does not include accommodation
• Update will be provided to all who claim this perk at the end of the raise.
REFERRALS
Here are the terms & conditions related to Equity for Punks Tomorrow Referral Benefits! Referral points can be obtained by sharing your unique referral code being used by your pals. The more people who use your code, the more points you get! You cannot gain referral points by using your own code when gifting shares to another. You can find your BrewDog referral link and your number of points in your “My Account” section of your BrewDog.com account.
Points can be gained in the following ways:
• 1 point for each time someone who is not already an Equity Punk uses your code to invest
• 1 point when you first invest in Equity for Punks Tomorrow
If we determine that any points were gained unfairly, or by means not outlined above, BrewDog reserves the right to remove points. We will notify you if this happens. By passing on your BrewDog referral code on to be used, you are providing BrewDog with permission to use your name in our Referral league tables. All points and benefits pertain to referrals made during Equity for Punks Tomorrow.
